Docs-as-code static site: Markdown + frontmatter → branded build → Cloudflare Pages behind Access. Reusable for any client who needs private docs.

What you get: brand-themed static build (glossary tooltips, Mermaid, draft/published status, ADR heroes), collapsible nav, CI deploy (main → prod, PRs → gated previews), SSO at the edge.

Reusable for clients: swap the brand tokens + Access policy and any client gets a private docs portal — a natural Launch deliverable.
